The Ad Hoc Legislative Committee works with the Utah State Legislature in reviewing and amending the Utah Probate Code. The Salt Lake Estate Planning Council is a select group estate planning professionals comprised of attorneys, Certified Public Accountants, Certified Financial Planners, Chartered Financial Consultants, chartered life underwriters, trust officers, and various other specialists who are heavily involved in the estate planning process.
